Meet our new salad crush! This wintry, crave-worthy dish is packed with all the good stuff—tender chicken, crunchy apples, and sweet, dried cranberries (or pomegranate seeds, if you like a twist!). The dressing mix does double duty here as a chicken marinade. So, while your greens get a bright pop of flavour, your chicken is soaking up all the lemony goodness, making every bite downright delish.

Ingredients

Toppings (optional): goat cheese and candied pecans

Preparation
  1. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces; place in a bowl. Add oil and dressing mix; stir to coat. Let stand 8–10 min. If you have time, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In Sauté Pan over medium-high heat, add chicken; stir-fry 8 min or until cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, thinly slice unpeeled apple.
  4. To serve, place mixed greens on a large platter or in a large bowl. Top with chicken, sliced apple, cranberries, and toppings, if desired. Drizzle with prepared dressing.
Tips

Swap fresh pomegranate seeds for dried cranberries for a juicy pop of flavour! Find them in the produce section or in the frozen aisle at the grocery store.
